As the Director of Operations and founder I bring over a decade of experience as a basketball coach and trainer, dedicated to developing athletes at high school, AAU, and youth levels. I have been recognized as a two-time Top 3 Coach of the Year with the Portland Trailblazers and a nominee with the WNBA's Seattle Storm. With a gold license, AAU certification, and credentials from the Positive Coaches Alliance, I am committed to fostering skill development and sportsmanship. Meet Mike Brown, a valued member of the In Motion team for the past four years. If you're familiar with us, you certainly know he is a true master of his craft, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge to our program. Having played his high school career at Prairie High School, he went on to excel at Clark College before finishing his semi-pro career with the Volcanoes. We're grateful to have dedicated individuals like him shaping our players into exceptional athletes both on and off the court.

Joe is a passionate basketball recruiter, coach, and trainer for In Motion.  With over a decade of experience. He excels at identifying talent and guiding players to reach their full potential. Committed to excellence, Joe inspires young athletes to achieve their dreams in basketball.
